The program of practical exercises is not quite finished but something like this:
* access to the dorsal carpal synovectomy with sculpture of Ext.carpi ulnaris and part or complete resection of the head of the ulna
* Reconstruction Rupture of the extensor mechanism after Strecker
3,4,5 * Radio-Luna arthrodesis with angle-stable plate (Aptus)
* MP-preparation-gathering Streckaparates recentering of the radial collateral ligament-synovectomy the joint
* MP joint: pyrocarbon total prosthesis (Ascension)
Silastic prosthesis (Neuflex)
* MP1 thumb: arthrodesis - Zugurtung
* PIP: ORL: (Oblique retinacular ligament reconstruction) / gooseneck
synovectomy, reefing of the medial band / Boutoniere
PIP arthrodesis
* DIP: arthrodesis
